CALL FOR PROPOSALS: THEMED PANELS

Themed Panels allow for extended discussion on a particular topic which can be achieved through the organization of individual presentations that revolve around the same area.
 

GUIDELINES

• Panel must be formed by 3-5 presentation papers on a unified theme and fit for a 2-hour block.

• Each paper must have its own presenter; panel members may have different affiliations.

• Proposal submissions must contain the following:

  • Panel description with 200-250 words​

  • Abstract per presentation paper with 200-300 words

• Panel proponents are responsible for:

  • Presentation content and structure (e.g., paper-Q&A sequence)

  • Inviting all panel presenters

  • Liaising with the ICALLE Organizing Committee
