We offer different rates for Early Bird and Regular registrants as shown below. Also note that registration fees cover meals during the conference (AM & PM snacks and lunches), conference kit, conference program, e-certificates, and access to all sessions, including workshops.

Step 1: Identify Registration Type
Check the fees below according to your registration status as a regular or student participant with either local or overseas (non-Philippine) affiliation. Take note as well of important registration dates:
- Presenters' registration deadline - 15 June 2025
- Early bird registration deadline - 30 June 2025
- Non-presenter participants' deadline - 15 August 2025

Before filling out the registration form below, make sure that you have already paid the registration fee according to your participant type. If for any reason you are unable to attend the conference after payment of fees, please note that NO request for refunds will be entertained.
